The Lake Tahoe winter and riding...

Just an update on the bitch of a winter we're having here on the Lake.  While we had a ton of snow over the holidays- we have seen nothing since.  The ski mountains are crusty and iced up, and while its been sunny and nice, its very cold out.  

I have moved the scoot down the hill to a friends house in Reno, in anticipation of another big dump of snow any time now.  I'm hoping to hit the road to SoCal around the 19th for our winter break from school, and spend 7-10 days on the road.  That's subject to the weather cooperating down there, since it could end up being the traditional February downpour week when it rains non-stop!?

I did get her out this past weekend for the ride down to Reno- the weather was clear and sunny, and right around 50 degrees...  It was an awesome scoot day for the mountains.
